The Director General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, was at the University of Bolton to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between the WTO and the Centre of the Intelligence of Things (CIoTH). She was also conferred with an honorary doctorate for her splendid and extraordinary career.
The honorary doctorate was given to her at one of the graduation ceremonies where the hall was filled with a raptuorous welcome at the introduction of her name.
